Jacqueline Leung is a writer and translator from Hong Kong.

Her work has appeared in WasafiriTranstext(e)s TransculturesGulf CoastAsymptoteNashville ReviewSAND Journal, the Asian Review of BooksChaBooks From Taiwan, and elsewhere. She is translation editor for The Offing and Cicada, and previously managed the Hong Kong International Literary Festival.

Her translation of Hon Lai Chu’s novel Mending Bodies (Two Lines Press, 2025) is a winner of PEN Presents by the English PEN. Her work has been recognized by the Asian Cultural Council, the Bread Loaf Translators’ Conference, the British Centre for Literary Translation, and elsewhere. She holds an MA in English from University College London and a BA from the University of Hong Kong.
